How many Godly men would you say you know? 100, 10 , 1 or none? Depending on your upbringing, you may have never heard of one or you thought badly of them. The opposite could be true in that your father was a Godly man or you grew up watching them lead with their example.
No matter how many you knew, the Bible tells the males in the church to act like men.
“Be alert, stand firm in the faith, act like a man, be strong. Your every action must be done with love.”
1 Corinthians 16:13-14

Don’t act like a woman since there is a difference. Not saying men are any better but rather there is a difference. If you have been alive for any length of time, you have noticed that rather quickly. You may have even used to sing little songs about how one went to Jupiter and the other one went to college. Even when we were kids, we knew there was a difference.
I believe part of the reason why we in the western world have a problem with people confused about their sex is because they don’t truly understand what it means to be a man and what it means to be a woman. Because of this, they depend on stereotypes to understand the difference and then get confused on what is going on in their lives. Especially during puberty when nothing makes sense anymore.
So over the coming days and possibly weeks, I will be going over what it means to be a man, what the difference between a man and a boy in the kingdom of God, and the difference between a Godly man and a worldly man.
So if you read this post, if you are able, comment down below some resources that you may think would be useful or your personal thoughts on the matter. And yes, I will eventually go over what it means to be a lady but that will probably be written by my wife since she probably would be the best to talk about it. Also, if you have any sources for that, comment down below or message me.
